Kris/Chris spent a lot of time with me just answering questions on a total of 10-12 phone calls(really) and if he didn't know for sure the answer, he did not b.s. me, he found out the answer which is very refreshing. He was very courteous and friendly. It felt like I was placing an order from a family member or friend. I still look elsewhere for a cheaper price and have always ended up back at OneCall to place my order. It is fast, easy and painless. I will be back again OneCall, Thank you for the patience you have shown me while I try to decide on which item to buy and for giving me a quick, accurate education on Home Theater systems, I'm sure you will have to do it again on something else soon. WOW. If you guys sold other stuff I'd buy from you all the time. Fed ex ground screwed delivery date and my wife was home all day off from work to sign for it... they stated they loaded it on another truck... anyways fedex delivered the next day and i expressed anger to fedex over this as well as to onecall... i explained to onecall they should be reimbursed for shipping, however oncall said it would be easier to give me a $50 credit... AWESOME but not fair to onecall.	Overall Rating

I have had trouble in the past with fedex. onecall told me they prefer fedex. then why do giants such as qvc, amazon and hsn all use ups ? I told onecall I would never buy from them again as long as they continue to use fedex.	Overall Rating
