WOW. If you guys sold other stuff I'd buy from you all the time. Fed ex ground screwed delivery date and my wife was home all day off from work to sign for it... they stated they loaded it on another truck... anyways fedex delivered the next day and i expressed anger to fedex over this as well as to onecall... i explained to onecall they should be reimbursed for shipping, however oncall said it would be easier to give me a $50 credit... AWESOME but not fair to onecall.	Overall Rating

I have had trouble in the past with fedex. onecall told me they prefer fedex. then why do giants such as qvc, amazon and hsn all use ups ?
