I received a phone call a week later saying they did not have the amplifier I ordered in stock and asked if I would like to upgrade to a higher model (+$30) for free. I agreed but received no confirmation. I receive another phone call 3 weeks after that saying they have tracked down the amplifier I originally ordered and will ship that out instead. Again no confirmation. Now June 23, over 2 months after the original order was placed I received an email saying they canceled my order from the system sorry for the inconvenience.	Overall Rating

Sent email and day later was told 1 of the 2 items backordered. Gave an alternate item...several days later, still not shipped. Sent another email to advise if not shipped by next day, please cancel order. Received 3 emails to let me know order was canceled, no sorrys.
