However, if all you want is product order from them. However, if you want a company that will stand behind product and care for you as a customer do not make purchase from Online Car Stereo.com. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever encountered. All I ever asked for was an explanation they never gave it to me. I finally called and placed an order to use the credit and quickly taken care of. instead of 20 min. to 1 hour hold only two holds for about 5 minutes each. Also, PriceGrabber should have questions concerning customer service not just web site questions. The fact a company has good website does not mean they are a good company.	Overall Rating
