newegg from unknown Member Since: 10/05/2008 View Member's: Reviews	my first online order from this site and so far it was easy and smooth. i checked my orders the next business day and the status was not shipped yet. it went like that for the next four days. i finally called their toll free number and the customer service said the item was in backordered/discontinued. i ask him why he didnt bothered to sent an email stating the status of my order, he can't give a valid reason. i looked at the other items online and called to be sure if it is available, i gave him two items and both are backordered. he even asked me wait so he can checked the warehouse it the items are available, a sign of very poor inventory control. it's not a very good business practice to post items online when the items are not available. why can't they flagged the items that are not in stock? what i then did was checked the products from their site and bought it elsewhere. my advice, call before placing an order online to check if the product is available to avoid	Overall Rating
