The item is no longer produced but was shown on their site. To get free shipping I added on another purchase to round out the price. 3 days later the item had not shipped and I had not recieved any notifications. I checked their site and the sub was placed on "back order". Order from where it's out of production. So I called them at 1:47 pm easter time and asked them to cancel the order. They said sure and that they would e-mail me confirmation. An hour later there was no confirmation so I e-mailed them. Few hours after that I recieve notice that the other items (not the sub) had shipped! So I immediately call them and during the 30 min phone call I was told they stopped the shipment and would cancel the order. I asked them to send confirmation while I was on the phone as I had heard that before. They put me on hold then hung up on me. UNACCEPTABLE.	Overall Rating
