I did get an email stating to call their customer service rep regarding my second item on back order. I was told they can no longer get the item as it had been discontinued. Can't get anyone to help you if you have a problem. They don't answer the phones, don't respond to voice mail or email. These guys are a total fraud probably trying to steal credit card numbers. After you give out your credit card and personal info online, they want you to fax a copy of your driver's license and credit card. (front and back) THIS IS NOT NECESSARY. Giving them that info could easily lend to having a forged copy of your license and credit card being issued for future use.	Overall Rating
