Then I get notified that it shipped yet I cannot get a tracking number from them. It is now 14 days since the material was shipped and I still do not have it. Never again. Worst online store. Since I wrote the comments above I have received one part of my order. I have no information as to when I will receive the 2nd half of my order. This has gone from really bad, to incredible bad. The downfall is that I had a terrible experience with this company due to the fact that when it came to an issues I have had for months now have yet to be resolved to this day and one issue I had was with incorrect product and the merchant made me pay the shipping charge. Issues with product defects may not be covered due to neglecting to be an authorized dealer of liscenced products sold by merchant !	Overall Rating

The big issue I have with your company is that when ordering online, it do not tell you that it is backorder or not avaiable anymore. That is a serious issue, because now I will never order from your company anymore. YOu need to let the customer know that something is not avaiable or backorder, and then I had to call your company to find this out. I ask why it is not updated on the website and they told me that they do not do that. BAD BUSINESS.	Overall Rating
