However, if all you want is product order from them. However, if you want a company that will stand behind product and care for you as a customer do not make purchase from Online Car Stereo.com. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever encountered. All I ever asked for was an explanation they never gave it to me. I finally called and placed an order to use the credit and quickly taken care of. instead of 20 min. to 1 hour hold only two holds for about 5 minutes each. Also, PriceGrabber should have questions concerning customer service not just web site questions. The fact a company has good website does not mean they are a good company. Retailer Response (12/03/2009): We were unable to locate a transaction for the order number you referenced, as a result; we are unable to provide you with a direct response. Our phone system is unable to initially differentiate between customers who need to ask questions and customers who intend to place an order, nor do we have any policies that discriminate against customers for this reason. At times we do experience very high call volumes which can result in additional delays. We assure you that the difference in wait times you experienced was purely coincidental but we apologize for any inconvenience these delays may have caused you.	Overall Rating
