Thank You! The Monitor arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I was a little apprehensive at first to order a Monitor through Internet/ mail service for fear of some type of damage but, I could not resist the price. Since it arrived quickly and in great condition I will most likely order more through online micro in the near future. Thank you! |

I have not heard of the merchant prior to shopping and looked up some reviews. It would be helpful to be affiliated with Google Checkout or another reputable organization that will certify them. |

I'd like to have had a bit more information on the graphics card I just purchased; I hope it'll fit my system. It probably does since it explicitely says so, but I'm not 100% sure. Furthermore, I'm not sure when it will arrive. There's no information when it will be shipped. Pricegrabber.com says Online Micro has it in stock. International shipping costs are outrageuous, but the graphics card I'm purchasing is not available in local stores so that's worth something. |

Great price for product with overnight shipping. All went well except one minor issue. I did not know the product had shipped until 15 hours after the package was picked up by FedEx. However, it arrived on-time as expected. |

I never received my first order, even though the USPS stated that it was delivered. When I emailed the merchant they agreed to refund my order, but refused to send me another shipment unless I used UPS or Fed Ex. My order total was only $4.95, I didn't want to spend $12 on shipping? They didn't offer to discount my shipping or even waive it for the sake of customer service. They said that they already had to eat the cost on the lost item. I cancelled my order, took my business elsewhere. |

I am very dissatisfied with the experience of my purchase. I bought an old version of the Apple airport card because I was told by the Apple employees that it was the version I needed. When it turned out to be the wrong size for my powerbook, I realized I needed to return the unused airport card back to Online Micro, but they have so much fine print. Because the plastic was opened, the $159.24 I spent was totally unrefundable AND no credit could be given. Well, of course it was open, since I was going to have it installed! Not only that, but they only give you 15 days from the INVOICE date to even think about a return, or else tough luck! And even then, you have to have some RA number which they never specify, or no return. This company is a COMPLETE FRAUD!!! Retailer Response (07/27/2006): The item that this customer ordered from Online Micro is a special order item and we particulary order this item for this customer because he gave us the part number and mentioned that he has to have this particuler part number. If Apple gave him a wrong part number, he need to take this up with Apple. On special order items such as this one we are unable to return to manufacturer. |
