A order for a projector was well priced. But delivery was never made. No follow up to let us know. Made us look bad with our customer and wasted our time. |

Good pricing.... Contents were packed very bad... as a matter of fact, there was no packaging materials used at all. The drop a very expensive / very small electronic item within a big box and shipped. The delicate electronic item bounced around inside the box for 10 days all the way across the country. Not happy with this. |

I purchased an Ipod, which was in stock, and it took me 2 weeks of calling on a daily basis for them to ship this product. Customer service was reachable about 25% of the time, and never responded to a single email or voicemail. My advice: pay a few dollars more, and get it elsewhere. (I also agre with other reviews about how rude the customer service is). |

The woman that runs the accounting department, Jill, is incompetent and extremely rude to boot. I tried to pay with a debit card but she kept saying she could not verify the account with Bank of America. I find this hard to believe, as their site had already charged my account. I ended up canceling the order, and having to call the bank to stop payment. |

Item ordered was at a good price and was shipped and delivered promptly. A check of the item on the website later, showed pricing for this and other items was higher than most other online merchants. I suggest a review of pricing/advertising policies. |
