The drop a very expensive / very small electronic item within a big box and shipped. The delicate electronic item bounced around inside the box for 10 days all the way across the country. Customer service was reachable about 25% of the time, and never responded to a single email or voicemail. My advice: pay a few dollars more, and get it elsewhere. I tried to pay with a debit card but she kept saying she could not verify the account with Bank of America. I find this hard to believe, as their site had already charged my account.
