(Edited February 14th by gwooten) I called Online Micro 2-12-02 and asked if they had the Sony MVC CD-200 in stock. The rep said they did. I asked how much for 2 day shipping. I was informed it would be $17.50 for fed ex 2 day. I told him it was a Valentine's gift and it was important that it be shipped that day. It arrived today at 2 as promised. After a terrible experience with Digital Dealz it was a pleasure to deal with professional company that keeps their word and doesn't play bait and switch games. |

I ordered a HP 2200dn and received an order summary that said I had ordered it. Well come to find out, they didn't have one instock, so they sent me a 2200d and added a cheaper network card in the printer. So I called them about it and they could send me the right card (when they got it in stock) but weren't willing to offer me a discount for my trouble. The other frustrating part was I had to call them everytime to talk to them eventhough I left messages. Very Dissatisfied. |

In one visit I placed an order for a new printer and a toner for my old one. These guys actually looked at my order, realised that I might have made a mistake and called to ask me if I was sure. To me that was a pretty big deal. Will buy from them again. |

Ordered an LJ 4100tn online. I messed up on the order so I called. They were able to fix the problem right away. I was also informed upfront that the 4100tn's were not in stock so they offered to send me a 4100 preassembled with the two parts that made it into a 'tn' for the same price. I ordered the printer 2nd day and got everything on time. I will use them again. |

Called to find out if the LJ printer I wanted was in stock. Was told it was, so I placed an order. Called the following day to see if there was a tracking number. It had been shipped the day I ordered it and I was given the tracking number. Printer arrived in just a few days, and at $3.00 lower than the already low price stated. The reason I gave a 4 instead of 5 star rating is because the printer was manufactured April 2001. That doesn't always matter, but in certain instances, it might. |

I've bought a sony vaio grx560P from here.... I order a grx-560 originally and the web show "in stock" But after I make a order and make a call to confirm, they told me frx-560 is out of stock and ask me to buy the grx560P. And I choice the Fedex 2-nd day but still not get tracking number for 2 days. Please honest update your web correctly and ship quickly ASAP!! |

Ordered the Pocket PC... only problem was that they sent back all their stock for a recall... I was going to give them a 4 star rating but I figured that if I had gotten one of those recalled items, I would have really been upset. They were fast, just not quite as fast as I had hoped. |

ordered a jet direct card, got it the very next day, however it was manufactured in december 1999. although i am not thrilled about three year old merchandise, i was able to upgrade to the latest hp firmware. the price however was 20% lower than anyone else. |

There was no contact interaction required. Ordered a Apple G4 800mz notebook on Dec 12th and it was delivered on the 18th. Some damage to shipping carton, but that was Fed Ex problem and product was OK. Best price available on this product at the time. |

I just received my Toshiba laptop-5205-s703,it arrived just as promised 2nd day fed-ex brand new and ready to rock.IChecked the web site for availability and price and then order over the phone ,very easy experience,no big pressure on up sell add ons,very good price ,great service,only thing i did not like was no fed-ex tracking #,they said they dont give it out for security purposes.Overall great experience would use them again. |

I ordered with Online Micro after a frustrating experience with another store. I had never heard of, nor ordered from, Online Micro but I discovered they had competitve pricing and several others had given them high marks. My experience with Online Micro was perfect. The website gave clear info. Their reps. gave clear information and answered all my questions. I received my order (Toshiba laptop) ontime and in perfect condition. I am very pleased and will order from them again. |

Promised to return phone call and never did. Don't accept any defected products for replacement, and buyers have to deal with the manufacturers directly. So, I won't order from this vendor. |

Although, I live very close to Online Micro but I found them on Price Grabber looking for a Sony Laptop (grx670). Their price was the best on the web. I called to verify if they had the unit instock and they did. I was able to pickup the unit the same day. Product met my expectation and more. Great company to deal with. A+++++ |

Very friendly and efficient people, It took 48 hours to verify my credit card (an international one) then the laptop was out of stock, they did an efort to get me one, and was shipped to Egypt in less than 4 days from order, very good price of laptop and international shipping cost was 200$ less than other sellers. |
