It was evident that they had been around awhile as the tape holding the phones to the plastic preformed box stuck and left a residue. The main reason I bought new top of the line Panasonic phones was to have a longer battery life as my existing phones were wearing out. These 'new' phones did not last as long as my old phones! When I sent them back to the Online Phone store stating I consider them to be defective as they need to be recharged every two hours, they stated that was too bad but they would charge me $35 restocking fee even though I was not happy with the quality. They wanted me to exchange the phones. I lost confidence with them considering they want to charge to return defective phones and not stand behind their product. I am not willing to spend more money with a company like this. They finally decided to only charge $10.50 restocking, plus cost to ship back. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!	Overall Rating

As a matter of fact, just the phone was $10 more than the "suggested retail" price on some sites. I called their customer service to see if there was anything they could do, and was put on hold for 22 minutes. When they finally answered they said that they don't "price match". I told them that I would be glad to pay the postage to ship it back to them for a refund, and they said that there was a 15% restocking fee. I decided to send it back anyway as a matter of principle, and will NEVER shop there again!!! I use the internet to shop for most of the things that I need, and usually the companies are willing to work with me to solve any problems, but the Onlinephonestore is an exception...	Overall Rating

When I opened the box, it was clear by the cords and the phone that it was, in fact, not new, but refurbished. If I wanted a refurbished phone, I would have bought one. Now, when I attempt to return it, they want ME to pay for shipping it back. The only way to not pay for it is to challenge the charge on my credit card, which they WELCOMED!!!	Overall Rating

Neither did I receive a purchase receipt until I complained for 2 days via email to their customer service person. Their returns policy is customer pays shipping including on returns of defective product. The way this company operates gives a black eye to all eCommerce websites.	Overall Rating
