To me that seems entirely too long. I did not receive any information saying it was out of stock or backordered, so I do not understand why it would have taken this long. I ordered over $125 worth of stuff that turned out to be on eternal "back order", but was promised over and over that it would be arriving any day (always "Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest"...etc,etc). Now I can't get anyone on the phone, and even after putting in claims with paypal I have gotten no where. This place is either out of business or a complete scam. Do not order with them unless you care to send your money into cyberspace never to see it again.	Overall Rating

I have called several times and only once had an answer (after 10+ minutes waiting)! These people are horrible with customer service, they do not apparently stock anything they claim to sell *at all*, and the person who said it would be here this week was totally lying! This place is a scam, do not waste your time/money - I have to start a fraud case on them now and it's not even worth the $39 purchase. Worst business ethic I have dealt with in over a decade! I feel bad for people who pay for next day delivery and never notified of "out of stock" or "backorder" issues.	Overall Rating

The customer service not only took the time to explain the nuances of the devices, but he recommended a cheaper product than the one I was interested in. No one answers the phone. I know there on hold music by heart. The one time they did answer was when I was told the order was on backorder and would be in at the end of the week. Couldn't get through to anyone the next week by phone, but when I finally got an answer per email I was told that it would the next week. I did get a shipment notice but when I click on the tracking link I get "wed site can't be found". Still waiting on order. A three to 5 day shipping has turned into more than three weeks. Will NEVER do business with Optic Sales again. By the way this is the first negative I've ever given!!!!	Overall Rating
