Great product and service. My holster they had wasn't in perfect condition so they waited until new stock arrived to send me a perfect one instead of sending me a second rate holster. Thank you. |

Ordered a light holster for my Streamlight. Had to call to see if the holster would work for my Polytac LED. I was told it would, and it did. Got it promptly, as promised. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat. |

I ordered a gift on 12/16/2011 and selected the standard shipping method because it was indicated on the web site that the order was in stock and ready to ship. I kept checking the status of the order on the site and saw that it was not changing from "new". On 12/26/2011 I called and was told that the binoculars that I ordered failed their quality check so they had to order more. There was no notification that the order was delayed until I reached out to them. Why they don't QC when THEY receive product and wait to ship it out is beyond me. So frustrated that my christmas gift will be arriving 1/4/2011 as per UPS. Sales rep on phone had no ETA and didn't even offer expedited shipping until I asked for it. |

Had lowest price on item, plus free shipping. Since I ordered it 12/19 I would not have been surprised if it did not arrive for Christmas. It arrived on 12/22. I had emailed them on 12/20 with a question which they also answered promptly. I would definitely order from them again. Highly recommended! |

I order an item on the 18th of November and after I filed a claim through Paypal they finally shipped my item on the 2nd of December. If you list an item as IN-STOCK it should not take 2 weeks to make it to the shipper. Will never buy or recommend OpticSale.com again. |

They do not read your requests carefully; i need to send multiple corrections to amend my order. Did not inform in advance that do not have the items on hand; its only after i email them after 1 week when i do not receive my order number then they told me they do not have items on hand. Delays shipping and provides tracking number that do not exists in USPS They deduct the original cost and promise to refund, but i have yet to receive the refund. |

I placed an order for a knife. As soon as I placed the order I noticed I ordered it with the wrong blade. I immediately emailed them to see if it could be changed to the correct blade. I never received a reply other than some generated "we received your email" notice. It also took them 8 days before they ever shipped the item (still with the wrong blade). This is VERY POOR customer service. I will never buy from this merchant again. The $2.00 I saved was NOT worth the bad service and slow shipping. Go elsewhere for your purchases. |

My experience with OpticSale.com was great until the very end. The product I ordered wasn't shipped for a full 36 days after I ordered it. I never received any explanation as to why. I called OpticSale.com after about 25 days. I could barely understand the person I spoke to because there was so much background noise where they were. The person gave me no helpful information about the status of my order except that it "should ship soon." I understand if products are backordered or shipments are delayed. If this is the case, OpticSale.com should update their order status page to reflect the delay. I was very disappointed with my experience and I will not recommend them to a friend. |

I ordered their product in the middle of the working week on April 26th, 2011. My product did not reach UPS until May 5th, 2011. And I will not expect to have this product until May 12th, 2011. I needed this item for work and I am regretting going through this company. |

OpticSale are absolute CROOKS. Over a month later, they still have yet to do anything with my order. Just like the rest of their customers, I email them, receive an automated email reply, then another email from an OpticSale employee telling me that my order is "in process". Reading the other reviews, I know it's not in process, nor will it ever be. I'm seeking a refund via my credit card ASAP. There are many good reasons the BBB gives a merchant an F rating and OpticSale.com -aka Akyr Enterprises has a big fat F on the BBB website. They take your money and ...well that's the end of it! It's unbelievable how they can remain on the internet. They should already be in jail for FRAUD. Stay away. I wish I'd checked before I ordered. |

I placed an order on Dec 11, 2010. I never received a confirmation of the order ever being placed. It was a Christmas gift that never came, so I assumed I never completed my order in error, and I purchased the item from another company on Dec 24th. Then in mid-January, I received a shipping email for my order from OpticSale, and was charged on my credit card. This is NOT acceptable. How dare they ship after 45 days without once notifying me of anything. They were sure quick to charge my credit card after they shipped it, however. This company is horrible! |
