No one answers the phone. I know there on hold music by heart. The one time they did answer was when I was told the order was on backorder and would be in at the end of the week. Couldn't get through to anyone the next week by phone, but when I finally got an answer per email I was told that it would the next week. I did get a shipment notice but when I click on the tracking link I get "wed site can't be found". Still waiting on order. A three to 5 day shipping has turned into more than three weeks. Will NEVER do business with Optic Sales again. By the way this is the first negative I've ever given!!!!	Overall Rating

They should have UPS Price including the Custom so that way we have no suprise.
