I would recommend this to anyone. We repurchased the same one that we did four years before because we liked it so much. We found we used it more frequently because of the ease of use. My teeth feel cleaner than using a regular tooth brush.

Weakness: the brushhead is small
I bought this one for myself on Amazon.com with the bonus pack. I like it from the first glance. It has two speeds. The lower one is really helpful for me since my gum is very sensitive. The only concern is the small brushhead. It takes me a little bit more time to clean all the tooth. But generally it is a professional toothbrush.

TopStrengths: This unit is much faster and has a longer battery life than my previous early model.

I wear braces and find this electric toothbrush really cleans better and faster than an ordinary toothbrush or my early model Braun Ultra. The double brushing action and speed cleans my braces and teeth faster, in half the time.

Weakness: Noisy. It could wake up a light sleeper in a different room.
I had an earlier Braun electric toothbrush, so the features of this one are nothing startlingly new. The in-out action (as opposed to the rotary side to side motion) is noticeable but I can't testify to its effectiveness. The thing is pretty loud though -- not enough to make you want ear plugs, but loud enough to disturb a light sleeper in a different room.

This toothbrush does a great job! It makes my teeth feel and look very clean. It has two speeds and 2 minutes timer which are very useful. I think it is little noisy. Any way, I like this toothbrush very much.

I picked up this item because a friend has one and said that his kids use it all the time and they are very happy with it. Once my daughter got braces, I new that I had to check it out. Well, we are very happy with it. Is it perfect? Not exactly, but it does have nice features. First off, there is storage for four brush heads. There are little color coded bands that come with the unit so that each head can be personalized. I had each child pick a color so they can identify them. Another nice feature is the timer which pulses the motor to indicate that two minutes has passed since it was started. This makes them more aware of how long they are brushing. Also, it gives you a clean feeling that you cannot get from a normal toothbrush. One weakness of this unit is the loud motor. I can hear it from another room. I guess this isn't all that bad because I can tell when it's being used. Overall, I highly recommend this product to anyone that is looking for a reasonably priced eclectic toothbrush.

Weakness: brush heads can be pricey
i have had no bad experiences with this. It works great, and cleans well. Some other reviewers have reported getting pinched by the rotating head, but i have not had that experience...the brush head is large enough to keep your cheeks from getting caught in between the moving head and the body. I like the no-contact charger: there are no exposed metal/electric contacts...the charger seems to work via magnetic induction...you just place the brush on the charger.
I have been able to use it for two weeks between charges, so seems to hold charge pretty well. The manual says to leave the brush on the charger all the time...i would recommend against this as in my experience with other devices this tends to seriously shorten the lift of the battery.
One draw back is that the brush heads are not cheap, but on the other hand they last for quite a while before you have to replace it. If you compare that against buying a new brush every 6 months, it works out to about the same (except for the initial cost of the set ofcourse, plus electricity to charge it :) )
You can also choose from different types of brush heads, including a toungue-cleaner ! :) Kind of gimmicky to me, as i just use the brush head to clean my tongue (as well as inside cheeks). Food particles get stuck in the grooves of your tongue and cheeks, and is a major cause of bad breath, so it is important to keep them clean
This is my first experience using an electric brush, and i am very pleased and satisfied with it.

This is an excellent product. One minor thing is that I wish the connection between the stand and the toothbrush would be tighter, so the toothbrush wouldn't come off as easy. But I guess there're some benefits to this as well. Thank you Braun for excellent product!

TopStrengths: brushes all the spots that you can't get to, 2- minute feature lets you know how long to brush to be effective, charging cradle is nice with blue led, a couple of brush heads
Weakness: none - i love it!
This brush has made all the difference from the regular toothbrushes you get at the local pharmacy stores. It brushes so much more effectively. Once you buy this, you won't go back to the regular toothbrushes.

My dentist recommended me buying one of those electronic toothbrushs. I bought two, one for me one for my wife. I have been using mine for 3 days. I feel it really did a great job. I am happy with this toothbrush. It is recommended to anybody who cares about their teeth.

I would really recommend this product to everyone of you. I have tried using many electrical toothbrushs. This is the best one that I ever bought. After brushing, my teeth is cleaner and brighter than the one I used before. It helps me remove the waste in between my teeth.
