However, I take exception with your communication to me stating 'remove the account from our delinquent files. Oreck Corporation reserves the right to make the entire unpaid balance due and payable on delinquent accounts and no longer eligible for the monthly installment plan.”During the normal course of Corporate Business with established and agreed upon payment agreements, I would expect this should not be a circumstance that would be unknown to you. And I would not expect, as a result of this circumstance, that you would immediately communicate to preferred customers that their account is delinquent and has been placed in collection.I expect complete resolution of this matter within the next business day following this communication. If for any reason that cannot be accomplished by Oreck Corporation Credit Department, I then feel I have a responsibility to communicate this incident to all current and future consumers of Oreck products. |
