Wireless for front channel?

Discussion of Panasonic PANASONIC Wireless Rear Channel Speaker Upgrade Kit SH-FX60

Posted Sep 18, 2006 - Does anyone know if its possible with this device to use the wireless on the front speaker channel? My setup is an lcd projector, and all the system components will be a the "back" of the room, with only the screen and the front speakers actually in the "front." I have a "2-way wireless ready" Panasonic HT, and was hoping this could be a wireless solution for my front speakers--but upon further research I've found out this actually uses a little transmitter card that plugs into the back of the HT, and unless it is configurable to switch to the front channel, I have doubts if this will work the way I need it to. I pulled up the manual from the panasonic website, it seems like its pretty much plug-and-play with no configuration which doesn't look good for my situation. If anybody has extended experience with this device please email me at surgical at gmail dot com

ASH400 Not ASH300

Discussion of Audiovox Trailer Hitch Mount Rear Sensor

Posted Jul 11, 2006 - What Circuit City is advertising as the Audiovox ASH300 Trailer Hitch Mount Rear Sensor is really the Audiovox ASH400. The difference is that the ASH300 has the receiver/speaker built into a cigarette lighter plug and the ASH400 requires that the receiver be wired into the vehicles electrical system. The picture that Circuit City has on their web site is the ASH300, which is also incorrect.

Can this be used with a combo. VHS-DVD recorder unit?

Discussion of SIMA CT2 Copy Master

Posted Jun 22, 2006 - I have enjoyed reading all of the reviews for this product, and appreciate those who took the time to give feedback. So far, everything I have read about this product talks about connecting it from a VCR (or camcorder) via an S-video or composite plugs to a separate video recorder. Does anyone know if this could be hooked up to work internally with a unit that combines the VCR (to play the VHS I want to record) with the DVD recorder (which I hope to copy my VHS onto) in the same unit? I have a Panasonic DMR-ES46V. Thank you!
