lynettema - (July 21, 2007) The longer and better it works, the better it tastes. I mix it with about 1/3 cup Berry flavor Juicy Juice. You can mix it with most anything, but this works best for me. I have had digestive problems since 1969. It got progressively worse until last year I could hardly go anywhere. The only thing I was eating was cheese, toast, margarine, fish. I was found to be lactose, fructose and sucrose intolerant. I had acid reflux, esophogitis and diverticulosis. Miserable. Within 2 days this product began turning this around. I was "regular" for the first time in 25+ years. I feel better everyday and have been adding more foods to my diet.

It is packed with a comprehensive list of ingredients; a simple web search will provide you with the gory details. It mixes relatively easily and convenient to take with breakfast. An obvious concern with this kind of supplement is the taste. I tried the Garden of Life Perfect Food and hated it. Others prefer the Perfect Food taste to Green Vibrance. But the bottom line is: you are not consuming this because it agrees with your palate. If the taste is that objectionable, mix it with some juice or make a smoothie. donnamoody - (September 11, 2007) I have tried this sleep remedy and it works when you rub it on your temples and forehead and you lay down to go to sleep and it works and you sleep all night. I have had two bottles of this herb and it works,keep it up bach.

Fablemoon - (11/14/2008) Ladies, PLEASE don't take this product. It burns like a version of napalm and lye mixed together and put on your vagina after being scratched with an alcohol razor. I am not understating this pain! Please try some natural remedies like plain yogurt, bolstering your immune system with vitamin c and garlic, warm sitz baths, peeing after sex and using Avanti durex condoms. That's my advice. I think some of these recurring yeast infections come from using soap and an allergic reaction to latex.

djrx - (05/19/2008) Green Vibrance is my back up green when I'm not taking perfect food. The reason I take Perfect Food by Garden Life its just green juice concentrate and no herbs or other ingredients. Its also the only fermented leading green. Fermentation enhances the enzymes and nutrition in the formula. Their probiotics are stronger strains and are actually attached to the greens. I've done my research and comparisons. I use to take Greens but I don't like all that soy lecithin, apple pectin etc. Those are good ingredients but I take greens for greens. So whoever has the most per serving and the most concentrated cereal grass juices catches my attention. I like using the perfect food berry too. It has the same exact formula plus more antioxidant berries than most green berry blends
