Their phone sales staff is the tops -- if I don't know a specific solution for a friend or client who needs guidance, OWC is the ONLY place I send them. And while they may not have the largest variety of stock, it is apparent that they only sell products they can stand behind. This transaction met my expectations of them: easy to find what I needed, promptly shipped, well packed and ready to go.	Overall Rating

After "one month", they sent me the "same" drive. Their customer service representatives are also very rude. Only those that have not had to deal with OWC's customer service to resolve an issue must be satisfied. Never again. Retailer Response (05/28/2009): Not sure what happened here.
