After 3 days I was informed the order was cancelled and I was referred to Fraud Prevention which was closed by the time I received this notification. So there was no one to help me. No phone number to call and speak to a person can only do live chat. This is the 4th order and the 4th time I have had problems. There was no reason to not allow my shipment - all information was correct, funds were available, etc. On their live chat you get the same canned answers with no real assistance	Overall Rating

It would have been more of a hassle to send the item back and wait for another one to be shipped, and thought that it was very said that they would have sent a product this way!!!!	Overall Rating
