First, the quality of the item was very poor, such that the zipper was barely functional and frankly the lowest qaulity i have ever seen on jacket. I had the item out of the box for no more than 20 mins and carefully repackaged it immediately, and after returning it, and was charged $19 for "Restockable with Repackaging". I think that is outrageous, and good luck trying to find this fee described in the return policy.	Overall Rating
