Had extended 2 yr warranty which was $20 plus $25 to return item. They didn't repair or replace but gave purchase price back and i would have had to buy again at a $50 increase in price and purchase a new 2yr warrant at a $20 increase.	Overall Rating

Description vs. picture? Over what I got? Not close. Oh, melodysmiles, customer support almost had to swear to me he wasn't a robot! I bought a Memory Foam Mattress Set. ALL the "set" pictures showed a mattress and a box spring. All the mattress pictures just showed a mattress. According to them, a "set" is a mattress and a frame. What I saw in the pictures and think is a "set" is a mattress and a box spring. Robot's suggestion? Do I want to return it? IT TOOK A FREAKIN' MACHINE TO PUT THAT IN A BOX! I have kept the entire conversation with 'robot man'(he/it would not give me someone else(next level)to talk to and am still trying how to get hold of someone who isn't stupid.	Overall Rating

The most recent one was absolutely frustrating. I ordered a rug in BLACK. I got a NAVY one. So I filled out the return form, emailed, and said please send me the black one that I ordered. They said sorry about that, and they would send it. A few days later, I get my replacement and guess what? It is NAVY, again!! So this time got on the online chat, which was like talking to a robot, literally, and got so frustrated with that I did a Google search to find their customer service phone number since they don't like to publish it. Well, after all of this, the black one that I initially ordered was sold out!!! I was so mad it took everything I had not to scream at the guy. So I just mailed the second navy rug back and got a full refund. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated.	Overall Rating
