I received my sofa/loveseat order without one of the pillows, the four legs for the loveseat or the bolts to secure the back to the bottom. I have been online e-mailing, doing live chats and calling ever since to try to get my missing parts, and 12 days after my initial complaint, I am returning the set, which means I'll have to pack up all of the furniture in original boxes and work out a pick-up date with UPS. There were other problems. Overstock's shipper is UPS, who left my furniture outside of my apartment complex when I wasn't home. It was a rainy day, and I had to haul these 100-lb boxes up three flights. One of the biggest frustrations, however, was that Overstock's left and right hands aren't talking to each other. I received e-mails from three different e-mail addresses: info@overstock, vcs@overstock, and their "customer care" center, each saying different things. I'm extremely disappointed.	Overall Rating

The first purchase of furnitures were satisfactory, but subsequent purchases of printer ink cartridges were negative. I received products that were different from how they were displayed and described on screen. For example, product catalog # 11031082 came as a refurbished item in an unlabeled plain plastic bag whereas it is still advertised as "factory sealed foil package" and shown in an original box. Notified customer service but was met with standoffish response. When negative reviews were submitted, the reviews were never posted by Overstock.com.	Overall Rating
