Unfortunately, they were not free of flaws, an issue of RCA, not Overstock, as the boxes were sealed. I contacted Overstock via email to return the products. They were extremely helpful. I went to the website and when I placed the phone into the shopping cart with was $144. I called the store and they gave me a phony excuse and said that they could not sell the phone to me for the $139. amount that I would have to go through the website that advertised it for that amount. They say they never received it. Because I didn't send it insured, I believe they took the item, put it back in stock and lied about not getting it back. I am out $110. I have been using it for days and am very happy. It shipped on time and was at my house four days after I placed the order. I am very satisfied. There was no tracking provided for the sheetset, and the comforter seemed to be held up. Calls to cust. svc. ended with them telling me that items are on their way, although the tracking info showed otherwise. 10 days after the order date i recieved my comforter, but with someone elses invoice, and that person's personal info. For instance, I ordered an IBM workpad that was supposedly new. When I got it, it was not even refurbished but used. The back of the unit actually had the sticky adhesive from the previous use of vel-cro and there was hair stuck all over it. The cradle and everything else had scratches and rust over them.
