I have been using it for days and am very happy. It shipped on time and was at my house four days after I placed the order. I am very satisfied. Granted most of the items I have purchased have been from the bed and bath division, but still I would not hesitate to buy from them again. After 2 unsuccessful tries with two other merchants, I talked to a real live human being at overstock.com.
