Vendor as a 15 day return policy and would not permit the return of this item when it stopped working on 1/3/09. I will not purchase anything from them again. I made numerous inquiries and explained that this was a gift and couldn't be opened until 12/25/08. Any business I've dealt with in the past when purchasing a gift would honor a return under these circumstances.	Overall Rating
