Excellent apart from entering visa details. The valid from and to boxes were oddly offset and the box for the security code was not clearly visible. Could be improved.Everything else good and troublefree.. Price excellent. |

Everything seems fine. The scanner that i wish to buy was out of stock at the time, 0yyy.co.uk informed me they would text me when fresh stock arrived which they did within 5to6 days. The scanner was delivered to me in 5 working days |

The live help was very helpful in refining my choice of product so I'm confident that I've made the right choice and the prices at Oyyy seem to be very competitive. I'm amazed how quickly my printer arrived. I ordered on a monday, got it early Tuesday under the free shipping offer even though it was in the middle of the big freeze. Very impressed! |

good value, and easy to sign up as a new customer and order goods. Shipping total was unclear - I was told it would cost nothing for orders over ?99 and then had to change the type of delivery for it to be free. Otherwise very good service - I await the products... |

I ordered a webcam as a Xmas present. It was listed as in stock, my visa payment was processed and the order confirmed. A couple of days before Christmas, Oyyy wrote to say that they didn't have any in stock after all. I hope I get a refund, but their inefficiency means a lost Xmas present and warrants a better response. |

Seamless process so far. Simple to switch delivery options. Have chosen 5 day super saver free delivery. If the product arrives within the scheduled time frame I would upgrade the merchant rating to excellent. |
