Emailed customer service to ask a few detailed questions before buying. They were friendly, clued-up and, most importantly, very prompt! The buying interface was very easy to use, I'm very satisfied with the price and free postage! Now all that remains is to wait and see that the product arrives quickly (I chose next day delivery but the country is covered in snow..) and in good working order. Highly recommended (so far :P) UPDATE: Laptop has arrived on the 29th (not next day - but given the snow and the fact that Parcelforce closes over the Christmas period, I find this satisfactory Overall, very good service! Happy to do business again! |

This is my first time with oyyy and so far so good. I think I will need a new scanner and will use them first for a qoute. If reasonable I'll use them. THIS COMPANY LIKE "SAVE ON LAPTOPS & LAPTOPS DIRECT" ALL CANCELLED MY ORDER BECAUSE OF UNAVAILABILITY. SOMETHING VERY ODD HERE AND IT LEFT ME WITHOUT A LAPTOP THAT I NEED AND AM NOW TOO BUSY TO FIND ONE. i'VE REPARED THE OLD ONE WITH A NEW KEYBOARD TO KEEP GOING. WHY DO THEY ADVERTISE SOMETHING AT A GOOD PRICE THEN ALL SAY NOT AVAILABLE AFTER TAKING MY MONEY. REFUNDS ARE IN PROCESS. |
