Last week I ordered items. They were delivered the next day.I was impressed. However the items were wrong and had to be sent back. It took three days for the items to be picked up from me. I had to call today 2/6 to find out what was happening to the correct items being sent to me. I was told that there was only one in stock, they did not have a date for the rest. So I had to cancel the order.(after a week I am still no further forward)... Retailer Response (06/30/2005): We were sorry we couldn't sort this customer's problems sooner but the customer has since re-ordered and is now happy. |

I ordered my Espom cx3600 at 1054on the Tuesday and it was delivered in perfect condition at 0930 on the Wednesday and I had it up and running by Midday. Absolutely brilliant ! I would definitely use OYYY again. |

I didn't see any indication of when the product would arrive. I was unable to enter my e-mail address when registering - I was advised that it was invalid. I then rang direct to OYYY and found your customer service and sales staff to be most helpful. Thank you. |

Not a bad website, cheap prices, but order took a lot longer than expected to arrive, and when it did I was horrified to see the "packaging" was the original box with a label with my name and address on it! No paper, no box, just a nice colourful advert for anyone who fancies a HP375. Not impressed with that. |

The site was very clear and navigation was easy. When I phoned customer services with a query, someone answered the phone (amazing in itself) straight away and was able to answer my question immediately. My printer turned up in perfect conditon - within 24 hours of placing the order, I had it up and running. I'd definitely use Oyyy again. |

Excellent service. Ordered a printer at 12.30pm on the Tuesday, email received 4.15pm same day advising of despatch, goods received perfect condition 1.45pm following day. Would use them again. |
