I truly cannont say enough great things about Ozone Billiards. Not only are their products wonderful and their shipping fast and safe, they actually will allow a cue stick to be purchased and exchanged or returned after it has been chalked. Other billiard supply merchants will not do that. How else will you know if you really like a cue if you don't shoot with it? I felt confident enough to purchase two cues as gifts for the holiday season knowing that if an exchange/return was needed there would be no issues. I actually paid for 2 day shipping and they emailed me that they were refunding the shipping cost since I was located within a 2 day regular shipping area. How cool is that? Oh, and you also get free gifts with purchases! Love these guys! |
