So far my experance has been good, Order was made in 5 minutes and I easly understood instructions. I came in contact with your pillows at the oakbrook terrace Hilton in Chicago, I took the pillow cases off the pillow to find out who and where they were made. I've done a lot of sleeping in my life and these were the best pillows I have ever slep on. Thank you. |

I have heard many good things about Pacific Pillows, including the article in Money Magazine. I am glad to support a company started by a military family -- as a vereran myself, I know the hardships andured and the need to buy high-quality products that will last through many hardships. We were a large party staying at the Huntley in Santa Monica for a family wedding. After our first night everyone raved about the great night sleep,thanks to the wonderful pillows and quilts (and jet lag). Our 92 year old grandmother said she had to have that pillow. I wrote down the tag info, checked the website and emailed with a few questions. I heard back the next day. The website covered every detail we needed. Thank you, thank you, thank you! |

Safari and Mozilla (both Mac versions) couldn't bring up shopping cart. That's a very, very bad thing. I had to use an old Mac version of Internet Explorer. If Safari or Mozilla (Mac) could have brought up the shopping cart they would've gotten a 4 rating instead of a 2. |
