Once again Pacific Stereo had the lowest price I could find and once again they were happy to accommodate me by shipping to Canada via USPS instead of UPS which saves a lot in customs brokerage charges. Thanks again guys - I continue to recommend you. I would have preferred a bit more padding in the shipping box but everything arrived intact and my USA Spec PA20-TOY works great.	Overall Rating

I didn't create an account when I ordered and had difficulty finding out about my order. When I hadn't received the stereo after 6 days and I inquired, they told me to check my account, but I didn't have one and the order number would not allow me to get the info. They complied, but based on the tracking information, somehow my order ended up in England. When I contacted PacificStereo they immediately shipped out a new unit which arrived without issue. Pacific Stereo's customer service agents were very helpful on this issue and on arranging shipping via USPS and the price was about $50 lower than I could find elsewhere online. A week after I ordered my AVN6620, I noticed that the price had gone down $30 from what I had payed. I wrote an email and within 10 mins Pacific Stereo called me asking how the best way to fix this was.
