Just placed the order, which was easy to do. It's been one week since I received a "shipped" email, I paid extra for priority shipping, and I have not received the merchandise. No response to the email I sent 2 days ago. |

Wish they would add UPS to the carriers; would be much less expensive as UPS charge by box size - not weight. The food itself is a lifesaver (!), it really is magnifacent, but you end-up paying more than that in shipping charges. |

The cat food itself is MARVELOUS ! But please make UPS a part of your mailing choices - as they base their choices off of size, not weight. 13 days for USPS Parcel AND their charge which cost more than 12 cans of cat food is just overwhelming .. AND THANK YOU for your little treats with each package ! Really sweet :) |

I say "good" as I've only just now placed my first shipment; my cat hasn't gotten a chance to try the food yet and I haven't gotten a chance to see how the shipment looks ! Only other thought I have at the moment is .. .. .. I need a laptop !!!! OOOooooo that would be so cool .. :) |

I think this site is fabulous. I have a new puppy and everything I could ever want to get her is here on pawnaturals.com I am more than impressed with the quality and variety. I never have to go into another store front again. Pawnaturals is for me. |

site organization could be a little better, some items did not have add to cart button for purchases, shipping was expensive. Retailer Response (10/18/2008): If there are items you found that dont have cart buttons, please let us know so we can fix. We are still building/fixing our site. Also, we negotiated better shipping rates so check our shipping rates again. Thanks for the input |
