As soon as I placed the order it came up out of stock order cancelled. But, they took the money out of my account for this item. How could they take the money out when they didn't even have the item? Payless Merchandise's Response: Nobody take out money from you, your transaction was voided immediately. Your bank put the money on hold, it is normal procedure and we have no power on them. Payless Merchandise's Response: You didn't pay for shipping to your address, it was free. The item was $24.99 with shipping included, not $28 as you said and shipping on 0.3Lbs item is not $10.00 but maybe $2 if at all.
