The web site said "in stock" and "Available - Ships in 24 Hrs". I ordered 2 of them. Then, on Nov 24, 2009 I checked my order on line at the pcconnection web site and it says "back ordered", even though the web site still says "Available - Ships in 24 Hrs". I made a print out of it. This is misrepresentation on the part of pcconnection. I will never buy from pcconnection again, and will tell everyone I know of my bad experience. I am now in the process of canceling the order. They shipped promptly and it arrived very quickly and they provided good tracking. The shipping email notice not only provided a link to the UPS tracking but also links to the rebate slips and the items themselves - nice! The Bad: The tv wall mount I ordered was shipped with NO external packaging, just the actual box. I consider myself VERY lucky that 1. It was not damaged and 2. No parts were lost. As it was, the tape had broken and the box was partially ripped/crushed and the small parts (nuts and bolts) were literally almost hanging out of the box. Luckily the mfr. had the parts sealed in plastic so they did not come flying out. Since no harm was done and everything arrived promptly I am giving them a Good rating, but barely. Improve the packaging and they would jump to Excellent.	Overall Rating
