I called and they were rude and they did not want to deal with issue. I will never buy from them ever again. I could have get a good deal on a TV somewhere else during Black Friday. The web site said "in stock" and "Available - Ships in 24 Hrs". I ordered 2 of them. Then, on Nov 24, 2009 I checked my order on line at the pcconnection web site and it says "back ordered", even though the web site still says "Available - Ships in 24 Hrs". I made a print out of it. This is misrepresentation on the part of pcconnection. I will never buy from pcconnection again, and will tell everyone I know of my bad experience. I am now in the process of canceling the order.
