Ordered 2 gig RAM kit from this company from ad on Price Watch dot com. It was, at the time advertised, not marked as ECC registered RAM (they have since fixed this deception). I obtained an RMA. Sent it back. They claim to have never received the return merchandise that i sent back to 225 Stanley Street, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007. So, I am out $44 and out the RAM that I could sell to another party for any amount to recoup my loss. I saw some of the negative reviews of this company, and dismissed them as flukes. I should have listened. I will never do business with this company again. If you have the opportunity to do business with this company, I would strongly advise AGAINST it. There's just something special about the feeling you have when you wake up in the morning knowing you have been completely screwed. PC Progress will, more than likely, leave you with that feeling. |

Had A certificate error warning at check out using mozilla firefox ver 3.6.12 made exception to continue with the order. I suggest they update their certificate. Because they are a CNET certified store, and were refered to by you I will update my review after I recieve my product. so far so good. |

These people are thieves. First they will sell you used merchandise, if you return it, they keep your money, period. Stay away from them. They are AKA Spartan Tech. |

Horrible, Horrible Horrible customer service!!!! I bought ram that was deceptive in its description and they wanted to charge a $9 restocking fee on a $39 purchase!!! (Edited January 13th by Wolfgane) I placed an order on the 4th, I wont trash talk the company other then to say there has been alot of confusion on both sides since this order was placed, I feel like i could of been told the items where not instock when placing order, I also feel if the items where not in stock the website should have been corrected. I was charged for the items they did not have, and i am currently still waiting on a refund from the 8th. the other item i have ordered finally shipped today.I honestly have to say i am hoping everything works out with my order, but very doubtful i will do buisness here again. |

DO NOT BUY from these guys. They took my order for products they supposedly had in stock and then disappeared. After 20 minutes wait on the phone a week later they have no idea what's going on and finally say that what they said they have in stock is now "still backordered." Saying they had it in stock when they didn't is flat out fraud. No excuse for such lousy service, not with so many other merchants on Internet who tell the truth about what they have in stock and what they don't. |

I ordered a processor from their website over 2 weeks ago. After i placed my order, i never heard anything from them again, besides the email confirming that i made the order. A few days ago i ended up having to call them. The customer service was decent. After talking to him, we came to the solution that the shipment would now be sent out very soon. 2 days later, i still hadnt recieved any shipment notification, which the customer service clearly said i would get. Sooo... i called them again. This time, the people their said there were " stock issues" and that it would now be sent and dropped off by the end of the same week, and i would now recieve a shipment notification very soon. Wellllll its the weekend now :). Not only have i not gotten my processor, my part hasnt even been shipped out yet. I already sent an email yesterday to their support asking to have this resolved, or a full refund.Dont buy from here unless u want ur order screwed up and have nobody ever tell you anything. |

This Seller is a Thief They Take to Long to do a Refund you have Chase after them for your Refund & they kept $9.00 of 40.89 dollars which is 22% Percent Restock Fee instead of 15% percent Even If the Item is Defective. The Hard Drive they sold me was DOA & Scratched the Site send nothing about it being Refurbished............PC PROGRESS Policy: "All returns for store credit or refund may include a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee of the original purchase price or $9 restocking fee, whichever restocking fee is greater. If the current market price is lower than the original price, the store credit or refund may include a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee of the current market price or $9 restocking fee, whichever restocking fee is greater." |

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! When they shipped me the wrong product, they decided I needed an upgrade to a name brand product instead of the generic RAM I ordered when I returned it, the price difference was large, they charged my credit card without permission, without notifying me, even to this day. when I contacted the manager, who in fact was the owner, he said I told someone on the phone thats what I wanted and in an email I stated I wanted a brand name product, when i asked him where that statement was, they said we consider this matter closed. He refused to even explain to me how they came to their decision they caused me to overdraft my bank account and i had to pay that fee, as well as there 15% restocking fee, as i returned their product. Not to mention I paid for the shipping for their mistake the owner (Jim) is rude, and a crook. buy elsewhere! You have been warned |

So far this was a great experience. I came here for a RAM stick that I found on Pricegrabber, and PC Progress adviced me that there was a significant risk that it would not work with my mother board. Then they offered me an alternative that is more likely to work. I appreciate service like that. I did turn out that it does not work with my motherboard, but I blame that on myself for not doing my research |
