(Edited October 21st by Turpitt) I have ordered from this merchant many times. Items ranged from single $50 CDROMs to $Hundreds for multiple components. I have never had a single problem with them. Ive made 2 seperate merchandise returns/exchanges (1WD HDD and 1 256MB DIMM) with no problems whatsoever. RMAs were given promptly, with no fuss. The ONLY flaw this merchant might have, in my experiance, is that they are not the cheapest out there. But then, I guess your paying for the excellent service with these guys. |

My experience with these guys was completely different. They messed up the order, had ridiculous policies, never returned phone calls, were uncooperative, and one guy even raised his voice quite high, almost to an all out yell. I placed an order on a Fri., and when I called on a Weds. the order hadn't even been charged because of an error of theirs, and they didn't even bother to call me. Trying to deal with them was so awful I ended up cancelling the order. I would order someplace else! |

I ordered from these people two times within the last week. Everything came fast. I called the tech number for a quick question and it was answered very fast. The sales guy didn't want to talk that much but when I ordered on the web everything was great. |

Now I see why the Internet retail will not last. This merchant sent me the wrong item and expect me to pay the reshipping cost less $5.00. This will be the last time I'll buy anything through the net again. |

I purchase over the net on a weekly basis with a few different companys. These guys at PC progress not only sell products, they sell service with their product. Service is definatly part of the price and worth what you pay for it. Lets face it, EVERYONE has a bad day once in a while. I would refer my family to this company. No OEM subs for boxed, no cheesy packaging, crummy shipping or academic version in place of full retail version. |

DO NOT do business with PC Progress! PriceGrabber listed the item in stock. I placed my credit card card order online. I called to confirm shipping the next morning. I received the following rude, arrogant response: "The item is on backorder. No we won't change the status on PriceGrabber to "out of stock". No I won't send you an E-mail to confirm your cancelation, my voice is enough." My advice is: Buyer BEWARE! |

Unable and unwilling to exchage memory product with full knowledge of using machine. Return policy of 20 days did not but get product in my hands let alone checked out. Stay away!!! |

DO NOT BUY FROM PC PROGRESS. If they send you a defective part and you would actually like it to be replaced you will have to pay the shipping and wait until they test it before replacing it. This can take 1 week. I was told by two people "we don't make the parts and that's our policy" they don't seem too concerned about AMD's products being a reseller. |

Bought an Asus motherboard a few months ago, but writing this review now. The model had just come out, but they said they had it in stock. After I ordered it, I got an email that they didn't have it in stock. Waited about 1 week, and got a piece that won't work. Had to order another one while I shipped back the original one (at my own expense). On top of that, they charged a 'restocking' fee because they claim they couldn't find any defect. Won't buy again from them. |

PC Progress is good. I expected less due to other ratings, but was VERY pleasantly suprised. I ordered an ATI Radeon 9000 Pro 128mb, the PCP price was VERY good. They showed in stock. Well, I ordered on Sun, but Mon I rec'd notice they were out of stock, but would ship in 2-3 days. I quickly checked their site, and they indeed now showed temp. out of stock. I decided to wait, and in 2 days PC Progress quickly sent a note saying the product shipped. Not bad!!! I'll shop there again! |

Should have more technical info on the site. Also When I called in to return the product, the guy on the phone was extremely rude. They charge me$64 and they are re-emburse 85% of $54 that is $46. Also they charged me $13 for thier cheapest shipping and on the web they have it as $11 flat. Hopefully will never do buisness with them again |

Okay, I just placed my order and I'm hoping I won't be sorry. They were listed as having the best price, so went to their website to order and the cost for the item (without shipping) was $5.00 more than advertised on pricegrabber. |
