Over the past 5 years I have ordered seceral barebones systems from PCDirectSource and have been totally satisfied with this company. One instance when the cooling fan was damaged during shipping, they not only shipped another kit but put it together and tested it before shipping since it was a CHristmas present. THEY'RE THE BEST!!!! |

On May 9th, I placed an order for a new CPU from PCDirectSource. Before ordering, I checked the PCDirectSource site to ensure that the item I wanted was listed as "in stock". Because I need my computer for my business, I ordered two day shipping and expected to receive my CPU no later than the afternoon of Tuesday, May 13th. On Monday I received a call from PCDirectSource explaining that the CPU would be shipped on Wednesday 14th with an expected arrival date in the afternoon of Friday 16th. My order did not arrive on Friday. I then checked with Federal Express, and found that although the package was electronically listed as being sent on Wednesday 14th, it was actually delivered to Federal Express on the afternoon of the 15th ... with an expected delivery date of Monday 19th - in the afternoon! I have therefore paid for two day shipping and received six day shipping. So far, PCDirectSource has not offered any explanation or refund. I am very disappointed in this company. |

Ordered barebones system and recieved it quickly and in good working order. Was pleased with this retailer but have small issue with their website. You cannot change your shipping info on your account hopefully they will read this review and fix this problem. |

Ordered awesome barebones deal w/ memory. Came as described and was well packaged. Very well worth the money, just finished ordering my second one. Cant beat the service and quality... The "egg" place has some serious competition. Will continue to order from PCDirectSource for as long as they will let me. |

All I can say is Oh...My...GOD!! Ordered on the 15th, getting on the 16th with regular fedex shipping! Very inexpensive parts! Will definately do business with them in the future (depending if parts arrive okay). But 2 thumbs up for prompt shipping! Even though I live about 150 miles from PCDS, I didnt expect them to process my payment and pack the box in the same day! Already started recommending to friends! |

You do not support firefox. I had many errors. I almost went somewhere else. You need to sort that out!!! Retailer Response (09/07/2006): Yes, we do. We tested our website with several versions of Firefox and it works flawlessly. May be a glitch in your PC? |

The site appeared to be somewhat buggy - when I tried to place something in my cart, it appeared to be 'hit or miss' re: whether this product was added. I almost gave up.....twice! |
