As on eo fthe other reviews had stated, there need to be a few more shippings options, and even though other sites offer free shipping, Pc Direct Osurce is still priced competitively with all things considered,including shipping costs. |

PC DirectSource's shipping cost do not compare with some of the other computer component companies, both offer free shipping. They do offer a good variety of cases. |

Some of the product I ordered was on back order, and I was not informed. My credit card was charged the day I ordered, but it was not shipped for another three days. They had to wait for the truck to come in. No one called me or emailed me. I finally called the warehouse and got some answers, but that took about 20 minutes as well. Once I received the tracking number, all was well. |

Every time I buy from these people, I get a phone call from them because there's some difference between what I ordered and what they're sending... usually because something on the website was wrong.... I do wish they could get their act together on that. |

I do not bother to look else where for computer parts. Their site is easy to use and the pricing is excellent.They also have fast shipping. I have had at least 3 friends place orders with them and all have been very happy with the service. When you find a winner there is not much sense in looking further. |

The only problem with the purchase is the 20g Hard drive by Maxtor. I had to low level format the drive and get the drivers from Maxtor .com. Everything else I would rate it as a 5 or better. |

I ordered a Linksys access point with overnight delivery. They charged me for overnight but shipped it ground, resulting in not receiving the part before noon (I had a 12:30 time limit for installation.) In addition, they didn't ship the part I ordered. Instead of telling me the part was not available, they took it upon themselves to send a different model. They were able to contact me 3 times to discuss forms for credit card approval, but weren't able to mention the part. Customer service? |

Good product, Prices seem fairly reasonable as well as the shipping charges. Inventory diversity seems a little slim in regards to certain brands but overall ok. would buy from this merchant. |

I had some problems initially. The computerwould not wstart up. I had to remove the motherboard and install some standoffs to eliminate a short?. The good news is that the stand offs were in the parts supply. Also the mouse buttons were defective and it did not work. |
