They want you pay additional $3 for each item, which is called "expedited shipping". Otherwise they keep your order unshipped up to 30 days to enforce you to pay that additional amount next time. |

Cheap, but very poor communication on updates concerning my shipment. Took over a month to receive--apparently there was a problem with it, but they never notified me of the delay, I had to contact them. When I did it was quick response, and I received a free 64 MB memory card with my order. But seriously, who uses 64 MB these days?? |

Not sure about selling used operating systems, there was no disclosure about the guarantee of the key code to validate the installation? I upgraded to the "new" one instead, to be safe. |

False advertising.
Battery doesn't work. PCMONDE web site advertised product as a replacement for the Apple A1148 (for 15" Power Book G4 laptop).
Electrically, it isn't the same as the original battery. On the
original, there is a metal plate that receives a spring loaded tab
from the computer on the side that is put it first when installing. That plate is just plastic on your battery. Nevertheless, I installed, put it on the charger for a couple hours. When I unplugged, computer died. Retailer Response (03/03/2011): Product was advertised correctly, as a1148 battery replacement, Not Apple branded. However if product is defective we can replace it. Customer needs to apply for an RMA for a quick exchange. Problems dont get resolved by negative feedback but by simply notifying seller of the problem. |

Product came on time and was exactly what I expected. The packer had forgotten a cable; when I mentioned it to this seller via email, he said he would send it immediately, and did so. I would buy from PC Monde again. |

material shipped was not what was ordered, in addition to that transformer when tested turned out to be dead on arrival. I will vote in the future with my feet, Price grabber will not get anymore business from me. |
