While delivery speed was great, unfortunately what they don't tell you is that if you return a product for any reason, they will charge you a 15% "restocking fee," which if you purchase any significantly priced product can be a large amount of $. My return will cost $50. A TOTAL scam! Don't buy any products from PCNation unless you are 100% certain you want their product. Better yet, due to their poor customer service, don't buy anything from them and instead go with a reliable, customer service-oriented business all together. |

Very satisfied with my purchase. PCNation had the best price when I made my purchase. It included free 3 day shipping, ordered a Garmin Montana 650t Tues. at 10am and received it 2 days later on Thur. at 10am. Paul C. |

Poor explanation of shipping. Their shipping policy required that I had to be at home and available to receive the package. I was not allowed to alter this with the shipper directly. Extremely frustrating as I have a job and cannot sit at home waiting for an item to be delivered. Multiple phone calls and emails did not correct this. |

I paid $209 from this merchant instead of $149 from others for one reason - I was led to believe that the item was in stock and would ship shortly after my online order was processed. I needed it quickly, so I paid a premium. I received a confirmation email that my order was received (and my credit card charged), and that was it. 8 days later, no product, so I call and they tell me that "unfortunately, this item was oversold and is on back-order, THEY won't receive it for another week! |

I never do reviews.. BUT, these guys were off the chart. I ordered a common GPS and it took 2 days to get it. That's FAST, and they were CHEAP. About the same as AMAZON and FREE SHIPPING. Maybe I was just lucky, but I order online all the time and its rarely as good as this one was. Thanks PCNATION. |

Fast shipping, item exactly as described. 2 days after I received my order, the price of the Garmin I purchased dropped $15.00. I went on the PCNation website and they have a no price match policy and a return policy that states that if the price drops, they refund your money at the new lower price. Very deceptive and unfair. Beware of advertised specials from them. |

Great prices, very fast shipping. It took me a few tries to go through their first time security check. However is did not slow up shipping at all. My other order placed the same day with Amazon arrived several days after PC Nations. Will use again. |
