It took 2 weeks to receive the item which put us at a big disadvantage with our customers because of the long wait in receiving the item. pcsmartshop's Response: Order rec'd on the 8th, shipped on 9th, item rec'd on 19 or 20, it took 7-8 working days. We have been using USPS for a long time and hardly have issues with them. If she prefers some other carriers, she should ask for a change prior to shipment. We will accommodate our customer's reasonable request. You know your local carrier, but we don't. You local carrier is lousy, does not mean USPS is not reliable. This buyer's review is totally not fair to us and USPS.	Overall Rating
