By far the best buying experience. Unlike other web sites that make an effort to hide or make it very difficult to find their phone numbers, PCSuperDeals publishes their toll free phone number right on top of every page and answer calls promptly. Even though the live availability was accurate. Highly recommanded. |

These guys were great. I called them to confirm they had inventory. I was talking with a call center in the Phillipines, and he was very informed and courteous. He checked inventory, and confirmed that he could ship it that day from a southern california warehouse. He tried to charge the credit card, but my company required a separate confirmation. He gave me an order number, I hung up, called the service number on my credit card, they had gotten the credit request but held it up. I confirmed that it was a bona fide order, and then called PC Superdeals back, gave them the order reference number, and I was connected with another agent, who completed the transaction. I got an email shortly thereafter confirming the order with a link to order status. Clicking through that got me to a fedex waybill number, and it went out in the afternoon and arrived at my house the next day. Couldn't have been easier. I paid regular shipping and got it overnight. Very well done. |

Slow Shipping of product because not in stock, but everything else went smoothly, they had great price on canon 10D for 500 bucks. I Couldnt say no. This product was delivered within the 4-7 business day shipping time frame. |

Item said in stock when ordered. And you know the rest of the story.... no shipping, no estimated time for delivery.. Retailer Response (05/15/2006): The product that this customer backordered was not in stock. Customer saw our "IN STOCK ALERT" and assumed it was in stock, eventhough it clearly stated ON ORDER. Two days passed and my order was not shipped out. I call PCSUPERDEALS To see what's going on and they told me that the prices on the web site was wrong and I had to pay more. They cancel my order like they never wanted it.. I guess they was not going to call or email me just hold my money and that they list their prices low to get more people to come to their web site and try to up charge them. NOT GOOD BUSINESS!!! Retailer Response (04/18/2006): The order in question was on sales hold since the billing address did not match the credit card. We did inform the customer to add the address with his credit card company for security purposes. Eventhough, the price had increased we gladly offered to honor the price at the time of order. The customer did not want to add the address with his credit card and simply cancelled the order. |

Ordered item (Epson Perfection 4490 Office) on Tuesday, which showed as being in-stock. Called on Thursday to inquire on status, as their website would not show the status of the order, and was told the item was not in stock. The merchant cancelled my order without hassle. |

I agree completely with the previous review. This merchant is not trustworthy. I ordered an LCD HDTV from this merchant on a Saturday. The following Monday the price was increased $115. The merchant would not ship the LCD because another item was on it that was not in (even though I am sure they would not be shipped together in the same box anyway.) They would not delete the second item from the order, they wanted me to cancel my orignal order and re-order (at the higher price.) Retailer Response (03/30/2006): We offer free 4-7 day shipping for orders above $1000. This individual called to cancel an item on the order and just to keep the LCD monitor. This caused his order to fall below $1000 and no longer qualify for the free shipping. We explained our Free shipping policy to this individual. There was no higher price but only a freight charge of $115 because the modified order fell below $1000 to qualify for our free freight. |

PCSuper Deals.com and their owners are congenital liars and crooks. Stay away from such a rotten company who promise to send something for a price and then retract. I ordered a Sony PSP for $272, which was supposed to come with 3 games, besides the usual bundle. About two hours after placing the order I received a call stating that the 3 games would not be included. I printed the order online form which included the 3 games and even faxed it to them. They seemed to be unmoved. Unethical crooks. Retailer Response (03/19/2006): The PSP that this individual ordered for $272 (lowest price on PriceGrabber) was a stand along unit. We have another sku number that comes with three games as a bundle for a higher price. Even though the PSP has a universal manufacturer part number, our sku for the bundle is different. This is very clear on our web site. Within two hours after this individual placed the order, our customer service department validated with the customer that the one he ordered was not a bundle and he insisted on getting the bundle at the regular price otherwise he would post a negative review. Its a shame few unethical individuals use this forum to pressure online merchants to apply unwarranted discounts, or face negative reviews. |

No customer service or respect for their customers.This company is the worst online retailer I have ever done business with.An item was ordered and confirmed with order number.I called so many times and they lied every time.End result they could not even get the product that I order after three months, but they did try to up sell - HORRIBLE COMPANY! Retailer Response (03/15/2006): The customer had backordered a discontinued product. We informed the customer that there is no guarantee that this item will ever come to stock. We informed the customer of the discontinued status of the order multiple times but the customer kept insisted that he wants that model. Panasonic never made the product available and the customer was informed. The credit card was never charged since we never shipped the product. We did offer a replacement model at a much discounted price, but the customer insisisted on getting a discontinued item that would never be available. |

Says it shipped 18 days ago. Never received. Tracking about useless. Retailer Response (03/15/2006): We provided the tracking number proving that the product was shipped. We advised the customer to approve a replacement to be expedited at no charge but never got approval to ship the replacement order. We take pride in offering replacement units in case any product gets lost or damaged in shipping. |

(Edited January 18th by repellent) Purchase had to be cancelled abruptly due to webpage problem (no confirmation page). Order did go through. Bank account credited. Asked for cancellation, and finally managed to persuade customer support to return credit. Shipping cost not returned - used to recall product from FedEx back to their warehouse.
1. Unadvisable to purchase online from PCSuperDeals.com using Firefox.
2. Customer support has a tendency to put you on hold endlessly. There were exceptions who have helped me through. Retailer Response (03/15/2006): The customer placed an order on PCSuperDeals. An order confirmation was emailed to the customer. Later that day, a tracking number was emailed to the customer. Our web site is Firefox approved and has no known issues. The customer claimed that the order was abruptly cancelled due to webpage problem. But did not bother to question the charge on his credit card, the email order confirmation nor the email tracking. Since it's our philosophy that the customer is always right, our customer service waived the entire restocking fee and contacted FedEx to redirect the package back to us. |
