Completely unprofessional. Took money but did not fulfill order because they mis-calculated the shipping.
Retailer Response (08/24/2009): This is completely not true. We only charge once we ship. This was an international order that had extra freight charges due to taxes and duties and the customer did not wish to proceed with the order. The money was never taken as he states. Hi credit card was never charged.

Receipt shows 2nd day shipping, FedEx tracking info showed ground. Website showed "In Stock, Ships same day". Emailed customer service - only thing they would do was refund the difference between 2nd day and ground due to their mistake. So they lose nothing, and I lose important training time with my new employee. Considering my lost time and training dollars, switching my shipping to ground is not a satisfactory reconciliation. They obviously have no interest in keeping their customers happy or making up for their frequent mistakes. Clearly their performance does not match their claims. Use caution with this company! I will never buy with them again. UPDATE: Seller has replied below with several lies! I have hard copy documented proof that they made a mistake and lied in their reply below while insulting my intelligence! I will be contacting the BBB! Beware!
Retailer Response (08/26/2008): As customer stated this product was ordered on 8/11 with express 2nd day shipping. Our web site clearly stated that there will be a 3-4 day lead time before the item ships due to constraints on that particular item. On 8/15 as the customer points out the product gets shipped. What customer fails to inform the readers is 8/16 is a Saturday and 8/17 is a Sunday. Which makes the 8/19 when the customer received the product the 2nd business day after shipping. To satisfy this customer we credited the difference between ground and 2nd day eventhough it was delivered in 2 business days but unfortunately this customer does not understand that weekends are not counted as business days.

(Edited April 01st by janisyu)  i used to have apprehensions for making online purchases due to several reasons: (1) the issue of my account information being compromised, (2) the possibility of paying for a product which may not arrive, (3) the issue of not knowing who to run to if in case such problems arise. BUT i tried anyway and i am very happy with my experience with PC Superdeals. The site is secure and my credit card information is kept confidential. The product i ordered was delivered on time and in very good condition. Also, i have to commend them for their excellent customer service. They were very accommodating and professional. Their customer service representatives provided me with all of the information about the product and even assured me of the validity of the transaction by providing me a copy of the invoice and the tracking number of the item. I must say that I am really pleased with my experience and would definitely make another transaction soon. Overall Rating

I ordered asking for 3 day business shipping. 6 days later, I began sending emails about my order. Website had no tracking information on my order. 10 days later, I called customer service and was told the order had not shipped yet and the person could not say when it would be shipped or what the problem was. I cancelled the order.
Retailer Response (03/12/2008): The product clearly stated \\\"Back Order\\\" as well as shipping in 1 to 2 weeks. The product ordered would have shipped in approximately two weeks, but customer cancelled the back order. PCSuperDeals only charges credit cards when an order gets shipped and not at the time of placing the order. Customer was notified that there is no problem with the order because the product was a Special Order Item, it would not ship the same day.

Great buying experience! I'm usually a little reluctant to do business with a merchant based purely on anecdotal feedback, but I decided to take a leap of faith given the number of positive reviews (as well as the very thorough rebuttal commentary to the few negative reviews). I bought the Ricoh CL3500N color laser printer based on a number of good magazine reviews I'd previously read. I ordered a Video card from PCSuperDeals and they said they had it in stock at the time. They then called and said that because there was some kind of error with my billing/shipping address, that they would get the card sent to their office in california to save me taxes in texas and it would extend the time to get it to me by a few days. After a week and not hearing anything from them, I called and found out they were ordering it from the manufactuer and were completely unwilling to budge on removing the shipping (since it was their fault...I even asked for the supervisor and was blown off). Now, after hearing nothing for an additional week and a half, they call and say that the product is discontinued and recommended something else. I cancelled the order and am now looking into other options. I am extremely disappointed by their business practices and I will never use this company again. To be completely honest, this company doesn't even deserve 1 star in the rating.
Retailer Response (12/28/2007): Customer placed an order with incorrect billing address and zip code which did not match with his credit card. Customer was notified but never contacted us back. When our customer service rep contacted him after a week of waiting for customer to remedy the problem, we informed him that this item is on special order basis and needs to ship to CA first and then we will in turn ship to Texas to avoid Manufacturer tax policy. Customer insisted in getting full shipping credit which was not possible. We did everything possible to accommodate the customer even suggesting a different item that could ship directly without delays but customer threatened to write a bad review if full shipping charges were not removed.

These guys are a joke!!! I paid with pay pal on a Monday, checked status-nothing finelly called Thur and got a recording called Friday and they told me they were waiting on me to pay I only did that 5 days before. Service rep told me supervisor would call or email about upgradeing shipping..I have heard nothing. POOR PERFORMANCE!!!!!!

I ordered this item (Samsung 305t monitor) from pcsuperdeals only after newegg let me order it, then cancelled the order the next day saying it was out of stock. twice. newegg was still showing it out of stock but pcsuperdeals was showing it in stock so I called pcsuperdeals before placing my order to see if it really was in stock and what warehouse it would be shipping out of. spoke with "ned" late monday. he assured me it was in stock and would ship tuesday from a FL warehouse. placed the order 5 minutes later (on the web to get free shipping). by late tuesday afternoon I hadn't received a shipping confirmation so I called and spoke to "meira" who assured me it had shipped and sent me a tracking number. I received it Thursday, 2 days via fedex ground from miami to atlanta, just right for fedex ground. the monitor works fine, and is gorgeous - I am typing this on it now. Overall Rating
