Their web site's "in-stock" information is inaccurate. Their customer service people are disorganized. If you need next-day service, go somewhere else. I did! |

After ordering the product, I was called by phone that night and told they had problems with their web site and needed more info. The salesman talked me nto a minor change in the quality of the RAM and I then had to give him my credit info because he said they had lost it. The product arrived several days later by UPS ground when I had paid for 2 day air. They were not what I ordered. |

Great prices, and customer service. One of the few online merchants that has on line chat. They are always there to answer any questions, or customer service issue. I purchased a Nikon digital camera. They went out of there way to assist me on setting it up. I highly recommand this merchant, you will be glad you are dealing with a reputable company. |

I would NEVER purchase from this merchant again! Buyer beware! I placed an order over the phone with them and the salesman gave me false information in order to make a sale. I am now in an ongoing $4,600.00 dispute! |

This retailer states they have the Elsa Gladiac 721 - IN STOCK - with 5 available, so I order this. I call the next day to verify my order and I am told this item is discontinued then I was told it will be be in in two weeks. I promptly canceled, too much incorrect info here. They don't seem to be very reliable. |

In short: borderline negligent customer service, horrible shipping times - ie.. customer is always wrong Ordered 2 of the same item - recieved partial shipment over 2 weeks past the order date, and the remaining part 3 weeks past the order date. They refused one of the returns because it was 1 month past order. Emailed customer support numerous times - no response. Told me to contact Ingram Micro + Compaq to arrange the return. Never order from here if you want customer support. |

What a refeshing experience. When my order ran into problems, they honestly contacted me and tried their best to make sure that everything that happened was corrected and that I was not charged any more than is fair. Their people make thew difference. |

These guys had the lowest price listed on a HP printer. I called them to make sure it is in stock. They answered right away and confirmed availability. Placed the order online, got it the following day via FedX. Will buy again from them. |

Placed order online. Was told that item was in stock and would ship that day. It took 7 business days before it shipped w/ no explanation. Then they shipped to my billing address instead of my ship to address that I specified and insinuated it was my fault. I kept getting put on hold or disconnected when calling for info. Lot of trouble emailing C/S and/or replying back to the persons who emailed me. Had to ask for the name of the person each time I called. Seems shady. Do not recommend. Retailer Response (02/26/2003): Customer put same billing and shipping address. Item was shipped twice and then we realized that he had forgotten to put the correct shipping address. Finally item was shipped to the shipping address for the thrid time, at no charge to the customer. Customer received the product. |

Before placing a large $30k+ order we were assured they had enough of the items in stock to complete the order but that was a lie. They failed to ship 4 items; 3 of those arrived a week late and 1 has yet to be shipped. Other promises were made and broken. Now we can't get them to return our calls. As a result we have suffered economic damages because we had to reschedule installation. We will never again do business with PCSuperDeal.com, a division of Micro League, Inc. Retailer Response (02/26/2003): Items were backordered and custome was informed in advanced of the shipping dates. Tracking numbers were also emailed to customer. It seems the person that ordered the product, and provided us with his email, did not share our communications with the right people in his comopany. |

Outstanding service. Quick response to email. Was originally going to order an HP LJ 1200, but ordered a 1220 on 5/6/02 based strictly on price even with an apparently eratic set of reviews. Received the printer on 5/10/02. If I had read the 5/9/02 reviews, I probably would not have ordered from PCsuperdeals, but from my experience, HIGHLY recommended. I suspect because of the requirement to create an account on here, a LOT of happy customers do not make an effort to give a positive review. |

Was hesitant to use PCS due to negative ratings but was swayed by the last reviewer and tempted by the offer of free shipping. Shipping wasn't free for me as they have a weigh limit and my item weighs >100lbs. They only charged me $23.75 - I got the printer 48 hours after ordering by UPS ground! - It made me a happy customer. I placed order by phone, sales rep gave me name and ext. no and email address, I called back for tracking # next day. Good positive experience overall. |

I ordered two HP 4100N printers - after 2 weeks I never got my printers. Called them to find out the status - they did not have a tracking number on file (although they claimed to have shipped them), they claimed they were tracing them - they never traced them, asked for a supervisor - they weren't available to speak to. They were supposed to call me back and never called me back. They are a complete SHAM! NEVER USE THEM! Retailer Response (02/26/2003): It is very unfortunate that a customer will rush in putting a rating. This customer was rushed another printer, at no extra shipping charges, even though we were not done with tracking the original shipment. We later found the first shippment was lost by UPS. Customer received the product few days after his call to us and his bad rating. |

Just received my flat screen LCD and digital camera yesterday. I needed some help figuring out how to get the camera to do the "aquire" thing with the computer. I called tech support and spoke with a technician who is a "real genius" and he had me wired in just a few minutes. Great price and great tech support. Thanks guys! |

This is the WORST customer service I've ever received online. They promised the PC was in stock, and it wasn't. They said PC had already been sent and it hadn't been. Once I found this out (because they wouldn't give me a tracking number), they tried to sell me inferior goods. I wouldn't waste my time and money with them. Retailer Response (02/26/2003): A PC ordered on a next day basis was never shipped to customer. Customer was never offered another PC. The credit card company declined his credit card as fraudulent. We are not stupid to ship a PC, to a customer without a valid credit card charge. |

I CONSIDER IT A HORRIBLE, FRAUDELENT EXPERIENCE. Paid for a new HP Laserjet and received a used product (determined only after my own inspection). Subsequently, I was LIED to by the company's owner regarding exchanging it. I am now in a dispute with the merchant through my credit card company. I would NEVER DO BUSINESS with this company. Retailer Response (02/26/2003): This rating is an uter lie. The customer purchased a brand new unit, returned it after a week of usage. Did not want to pay the restocking fee so claimed it was used. Full credit was applied to his credit card. After our inspection, few days later, we realized he had kept the cartridge. Now he is claiming there was no cartridge, and he never told us about it. He has cancelled his credit card and is now refered to our collection department for the charge of the cartridge. |
