Strengths: The PDA is small and lightweight. I like the clamshell design, as it gives protection to the unit when it is in and out of my pocket. The screen is crisp and clear. Jog dial navigator is great.
Weakness: Its a little hard to get used to decuma and graffiti2. Akward charging setup with the cradle setup.
The literature enclosed with the unit states you should refer to the hanbook that came with the unit. No handbook was enclosed. I called tech support and was helped promptly and guided to the enclosed CD for a copy of the handbook.

Sony UX40 CLIE PDA
Strengths: Small, Digital Camera, Camcorder, Voice Recorder, MP3 player plus PDA
Weakness: Battery life is short
I always bought Palm brand but this time I decide to change that and purchase Sony CLIE even though it is pricy. This little clie can make wonders, it is like a Swiss knife it has everything built in it. Little camcorder, little camera, voice recorder and blue tooth all in one. The only thing I found as problem is the Battery life it should be longer and I do not think it live to the word that Sony advertise it battery wise. The extended battery cost $250 if you want to buy it so that’s out of the question, but in all I recommend this Clie if you still can find it in the market.
