Toshiba stopped supporting PDAs!!

I had a Toshiba PDA for 3 year and after it dropped the touchpad stopped working. It is useless without touchpad. I tried to get it repaired and called Toshiba. All they do is refer you the the number above, which is simply a recorded message that tells you that Toshiba doesn't support PDAs anymore. So better get a Palm or HP!

It is not true that Toshiba stopped supporting their PDAs. Support is available directly from Toshiba at 800-457-7777. The change is that they now charge 35.00 for support. There is a big difference between NO Supoort and Support available for a price. marcomueller's post is misleading at best.
